We collect only information that you voluntarily provide, such as your work email when requesting the presentation.
We use your email to send the requested presentation and, where relevant, to respond to partnership or project inquiries. The legal basis is your request and consent when you submit the form.
The presentation request is processed through Google Apps Script and Gmail. The email address is transmitted to Google for delivery of the requested email. We do not intentionally publish the address, place it in the page URL, or send it to analytics tools as a custom event.
Access to submitted data is limited to authorized team members and service providers involved in communication, delivery, analytics, hosting, and site security. Service providers may include Google, Microsoft Clarity, Meta, and Vercel or other hosting providers.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the request, follow-up communication, security, and legal or operational requirements. Temporary anti-spam checks may store a hashed version of an email for a short period.
